Candidates with completed four-year secondary education are allowed to enrol into the first year of undergraduate academic studies, while candidates with completed four-year or three-year secondary education are allowed to enrol into the first year of graduate vocational studies.

Candidates with completed four-year secondary education are allowed to enrol into the first year of undergraduate academic studies at the Graduate School of Art and Design, as well as candidates without completed secondary education provided that they have passed qualifying exams in Serbian Language and History in accordance with the four-year secondary education curriculum.  

Candidates with completed four-year and three-year secondary education are allowed to enrol into the first year of undergraduate academic studies at the Graduate School of Computer Science.

Candidates who apply for enrolment into the first year of undergraduate studies have to take an entrance exam.
The entrance exam is based on the curriculum of four-year secondary education for the chosen profile. Candidates take the exam in two subjects of his/her choice.
At the Graduate School of Business Studies (Belgrade, Vrsac and Pozarevac), candidates choose two of the following subjects: Business Economics, Sociology, Mathematics, Informatics and English Language.
At the Graduate School of International Economics, candidates choose two of the following subjects: Geography, Sociology, Mathematics, Informatics, English Language, History and Introduction to Economics.
At the Graduate School of Management in Zajecar, candidates take two of the following subjects: Business Economics, Sociology, Mathematics and Informatics.
At the Graduate School of Biofarming, candidates choose two of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and Informatics.
At the Graduate School of Public Administration and Management, candidates choose two of the following subjects: History, Sociology, Informatics and English Language.
At the Graduate School of Business Economics in Valjevo, candidates choose two of the following subjects: Business Economics, Sociology, Mathematics and Informatics.
The entrance exam at the Graduate School of Culture and Media consists of the general knowledge exam and literacy exam.
Candidates who apply for enrolment at the Graduate School of Computer Science takes exams in Mathematics and Informatics.
The entrance exam at the Graduate School of Art and Design consists of the assessment of submitted candidates’ works, object drawing, general knowledge test and candidates’ interview before the commission.


Candidates who enrol into the first year of undergraduate studies are ranked according to the average grade achieved in the secondary school and results of the entrance exam or aptitude test.
The rank list is compiled taking into consideration the total number of candidates’ points according to the established criteria. Candidates can gain a maximum of 100 points.
The average grade in the secondary school is calculated by adding the average grades from all the subjects in the first, second, third and fourth grades multiplied by 2 (two). Candidates can acquire minimum 16 and maximum 40 points.
When applying for enrolment into the graduate school of art, the average grade in the secondary school presents the sum of average grades from all the subjects in the first, second, third and fourth grades. Candidates can acquire minimum 8 and maximum 20 points.
The average grade in the secondary school is rounded off to two decimal places.
The result achieved at the entrance exam or aptitude test can range from 0 to 60 points, or from the threshold score (prescribed by the graduate school of art) to 80 points for candidates who apply for enrolment at the graduate school of art.
The Graduate School establishes a provisional rank list of all the candidates with the total number of points acquired according to the established criteria.
At the graduate school that has created an aptitude test, only those candidates who have passed the aptitude test have the right to be ranked in the provisional rank list. That graduate school establishes the provisional rank list of candidates who have passed the aptitude test with the total number of points acquired according to the established criteria.
The result achieved at the entrance exam or aptitude test ranges from 0 to 60 points, or from the threshold score (prescribed by the graduate school of art) to 80 points for the candidates who apply for enrolment at the graduate school of art.
That graduate school establishes the provisional rank list of all candidates with the total number of points acquired according to the established criteria.
At the graduate school that has envisaged an aptitude test, only those candidates who have passed the aptitude test have the right to be ranked in the provisional rank list. That graduate school establishes the provisional rank list of candidates who have passed the aptitude test with the total number of points acquired according to the established criteria.
The candidate who thinks that the order of candidates in the provisional rank list is not compiled in accordance with the established rules is allowed to submit his/her objection to the Dean of the graduate school where he/she applied for enrolment within 24 hours of publishing the rank list.
The Dean reaches a decision on the objection within 24 hours of submitting it. The candidate has the right to file a complaint to the Graduate School Council within three days of receiving the decision. The Graduate School Council decides on complaint within three days of receiving it.
After having decided on the received objections/complaints, the graduate school establishes and publishes the final rank list of all the candidates with the total number of points acquired according to the established criteria.
The final rank list is the basis for the enrolment of candidates.
If a candidate who has acquired the right to enrol according to admission announcement and does not enrol into the graduate school within the prescribed deadline, the graduate school will admit the following candidate instead, according to the order of candidates in the final rank list within the period determined in the admission announcement.

The registration of candidates will take place in the period from 22nd  August to 6th September 2011.
The entrance exam will take place on 7th September 2011.

Registration of candidates at the Graduate School of Management in Zajecar will take place from 22nd August to 5th September 2011, and the entrance exam is taken on 6th September 2011.

The entrance exam fee is 2,000.00 RSD (at the Graduate School of Art and Design 4,000.00 RSD) and is to be paid on the current account of Megatrend University 165-1068-42.

At the Graduate School of Management in Zajecar the entrance exam fee is 3,000.00 RSD and is to be paid on the current account number 180-709121000069416 of Faculty for Management Zajecar.

When registering for the entrance exam, candidates should enclose the following documents:
- certificate on completed secondary education  (original or certified copy),
- diploma on completed secondary education (original or certified copy),
- birth certificate,
- entrance exam registration receipt

Candidates who have acquired the right to enrolment submit the following documents:
- 2 photos for student booklet,

The Business College “Megatrend” enrols students into the September enrolment term for business vocational studies.

The studies are organised as presential and distance education.

The entrance exam is based on the curriculum of secondary school. Candidates choose two courses of the following:

ADMISSION ANNOUNCEMENT

FOR ENROLLMENT OF STUDENTS TO THE FIRST YEARS
OF VOCATIONAL STUDIES OF MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS
IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2011/12


I The College for Business and Management in Zajecar enrols:
- 135 students into undergraduate vocational studies of Management and Business.
Candidates with completed secondary education have the right to enrol.


II Registration of candidates begins on 22nd August 2011 and lasts until 5th September 2011.


III The entrance exam takes place on 6th September 2011 at 12 p.m.
Candidates choose two optional courses out of four.
The optional courses are: Business Economics, Mathematics, Informatics and Sociology.


IV Required documents for enrolment:
- Diploma and certificates of all the secondary school grades (original or certified copies)
- Birth certificate
- Two photos of size 4.5x3.5 cm.
The price of entrance exam is 3,000.00 RSD.

or at the cash register in the College at the time of registration and submission of documents.
At the time of taking the entrance exam it is obligatory to present the evidence of payment and the ID or other identification documents.


V Entrance exam is taken in the form of test.
Candidates who enrol into the first year of studies are ranked according to the average grade achieved in the secondary school and the results of the entrance exam.
The entrance exam and the ranking of candidates are conducted by the Commission for Enrolment of Students, established on the basis of the decision reached by the five-member Council.
The rank list is compiled considering the total number of candidates’ points according to the established criteria. Candidates can have a maximum of 100 points.
The average grade in the secondary school is calculated by adding the sum of average grades from all the subjects in the first, second, third and fourth grades multiplied by 2 (two). Candidates can acquire minimum 16 and maximum 40 points.
The average grade in the secondary school is rounded off to two decimal places.
The result achieved at the entrance exam ranges from 0 to 60 points. The College established a single rank list of all the candidates with the total number of points acquired according to the established criteria set up according to the Rules of Studying. Any candidate who has less than 30 points on the single rank list is not allowed to enrol into the first year of studies.
Candidates who think that the order of candidates in the single rank list is not compiled in accordance with the established rules are allowed to submit their objections to the College Director within 24 hours of publishing the rank list.
The Director reaches a decision on the objection within 24 hours of submitting it. Candidates have the right to file a complaint to the College Council within 24 hours of receiving the decision. The College Council decides on complaint within 24 hours of receiving it.
After having decided upon received objections/complaints, the College establishes and publishes the final rank list of all the candidates with the total number of points acquired according to the established criteria set up according to the Rules of Studying.
The final rank list is the basis for the enrolment of candidates.
If candidates who have acquired the right to enrol according to admission announcement do not enrol into the college within the set deadline, the college will admit the following candidate instead, according to the order of candidates in the final rank list within the period determined in the admission announcement. Candidates who are placed in the rank list have the right to enrol.


VI Publishing of the single rank list takes place on 9th September 2011.
 Publishing of the final single rank list takes place on 13th September 2011.


VII The enrolment takes place from 14th September to 28th September 2011.


VIII The annual tuition fee is 65,000.00 RSD and it can be paid in 13 monthly instalments. The first instalment at the time of enrolment is 17,000.00 RSD, and the remaining sum is paid in 12 monthly instalments of 4,000.00 RSD.


IX The undergraduate vocational studies of Management and Business are ACCREDITED. The permission for work is issued by the Ministry of Education No. 612-00-349/2008-12 of 5 May 2008.
