Word by the Rector The diffusion of knowledge and technology should enable strong cross-cultural and cross-regional collaboration which will satisfy the requirements not only of the most developed countries of Europe, but also the requirements of other, less developed regions.

Prof. Mica Jovanovic, PhD, Rector of Megatrend University.
The new forms of education and training of the professional staff are
considered as strategic goals in the development process of the
so-called "participation of the organization" which should respond to
numerous needs and aspirations of the nations of different origins and
cultures, but live together in Europe.
The old Europe is moving towards The New Europe based on cultural
regions, thus creating new mechanisms of external relations and internal
cohesion.
‘The New Europe will depend on the success of transnational and
transcultural interaction of knowledge and cultures’.
Prof. Mica Jovanovic, PhD, (Intercultural management, Belgrade, 2001)
